Purposes and legal basis of data processing
Purposes: Replying to your e-mail enquiries and contacting you for the purpose of initiating, establishing, substantiating, defining the content of or making changes to legal relationships.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) or legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Establishing economic relationships and using services that enable these economic relationships.
Duration of storage or criteria for determining the duration
Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to process your enquiry. If the purpose of processing has expired, your data will be deleted. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular tax and commercial law retention periods, remain unaffected.
Recipients or categories of recipients of the data
The data will be processed upon receipt of the e-mail, not only by Wingcopter GmbH but also by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., as the provider of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook.
This transmission is carried out to support e-mail communication and is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Information on the rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning him or her are being processed; if this is the case, he or she has a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Article 15 of the GDPR.
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification without undue delay of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to request the controller to erase personal data concerning him or her without undue delay if one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data is no longer needed for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).
The data subject has the right to request the controller to restrict processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR applies, e.g. if the data subject has objected to the processing, for the duration of the controller's review.
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her. The controller shall then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Article 21 GDPR).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). The data subject may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of his or her residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlage der Datenverarbeitung
Zwecke: Beantwortung Ihrer per E-Mail übersandten Anliegen sowie Kontaktaufnahme durch die Wingcopter GmbH zur Anbahnung, Begründung, inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung oder Änderung von Rechtsverhältnissen. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), Erfüllung eines Vertrages (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) oder berechtigte Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Berechtigte Interessen, die verfolgt werden
Aufbau von wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen und Inanspruchnahme von Serviceleistungen, die diese wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen ermöglichen.
Speicherdauer oder Kriterien für die Festlegung der Dauer
Ihre Daten werden solange gespeichert, wie es für die Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens erforderlich ist. Ist der Zweck der Verarbeitung erloschen, werden Ihre Daten gelöscht. Zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen - insbesondere steuer- und handelsrechtliche Aufbewahrungsfristen - bleiben unberührt.
Empfänger oder Kategorien von Empfängern der Daten
Die Daten werden mit Eingang der E-Mail, neben der Wingcopter GmbH, auch durch die Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., als Bereitsteller von Microsoft Exchange bzw. Microsoft Outlook, verarbeitet.
Diese Übermittlung erfolgt zur Unterstützung der E-Mail-Kommunikation und erfolgt in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Datenschutzvorschriften.
Hinweise auf die Rechte der Betroffenen
Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen eine Bestätigung darüber zu verlangen, ob sie betreffende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden; ist dies der Fall, so hat sie ein Recht auf Auskunft über diese personenbezogenen Daten und auf die in Art. 15 DSGVO im einzelnen aufgeführten Informationen.
Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen unverzüglich die Berichtigung sie betreffender unrichtiger personenbezogener Daten und ggf. die Vervollständigung unvollständiger personenbezogener Daten zu verlangen (Art. 16 DSGVO).
Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen zu verlangen, dass sie betreffende personenbezogene Daten unverzüglich gelöscht werden, sofern einer der in Art. 17 DSGVO im einzelnen aufgeführten Gründe zutrifft, z. B. wenn die Daten für die verfolgten Zwecke nicht mehr benötigt werden (Recht auf Löschung).
Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, von dem Verantwortlichen die Einschränkung der Verarbeitung zu verlangen, wenn eine der in Art. 18 DSGVO aufgeführten Voraussetzungen gegeben ist, z. B. wenn die betroffene Person Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung eingelegt hat, für die Dauer der Prüfung durch den Verantwortlichen.
Die betroffene Person hat das Recht, aus Gründen, die sich aus ihrer besonderen Situation ergeben, jederzeit gegen die Verarbeitung sie betreffender personenbezogener Daten Widerspruch einzulegen. Der Verantwortliche verarbeitet die personenbezogenen Daten dann nicht mehr, es sei denn, er kann zwingende schutzwürdige Gründe für die Verarbeitung nachweisen, die die Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten der betroffenen Person überwiegen, oder die Verarbeitung dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen (Art. 21 DSGVO).
Jede betroffene Person hat unbeschadet eines anderweitigen verwaltungsrechtlichen oder gerichtlichen Rechtsbehelfs das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde, wenn die betroffene Person der Ansicht ist, dass die Verarbeitung der sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten gegen die DSGVO verstößt (Art. 77 DSGVO). Die betroffene Person kann dieses Recht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde in dem Mitgliedstaat ihres Aufenthaltsorts, ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes geltend machen.
