Production Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Currently, we are looking for a Production Quality Engineer who supports the Quality Department with the quality assessment of our W178.

 
 What You’ll Do

  • Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products.
  • Measure product dimensions examine functionality and compare product to the specifications
  • Make quality analysis based on non-conformity
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control/ standard
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence
  • Supervise the production process
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Supporting R&D with countermeasures proposal

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or an appropriate discipline (e.g. engineering, quality)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in quality engineer or similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certification in quality analysis & control is preferred (Six sigma, Shainin System, etc)
  • Strong computer skills, including strong skills in Microsoft office products, good math and technical skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality instruments (Process Flow, Control Charts, FMEA, Ishikawa, Pareto, Correlation)
  • Strong knowledge of control standards testing & measurement techniques
  • A keen sense of observation and attention to detail
  • Complete proficiency of English Language
  • Strong communication skills including ability to read, understand, communicates and train others on quality plans and instructions
