Your mission
- Contribute to the entire recruitment cycle, from selecting the appropriate job posting channels to conducting screening interviews, organizing interviews, offer meetings and contract preparation.
- Cooperation with external recruiting companies.
- Organizing a smooth onboarding, integration and offboarding of employees.
- Introduce, coordinate and implement learning and training activities for our team.
- Support with contract changes/extensions.
- Active support of managers in the optimization of processes.
- Initiation and support of continuous improvement of processes.
- Contact person for external authorities and service providers.
- Assistance in the creation and introduction of salary bands.
- Further development of the feedback culture by introducing strategic feedback instruments.
- Planning, support and further development of management and junior management staff as well as interdisciplinary development offers.
- Further activities in the area of People and Culture.
Your profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a Business-related subject.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role.
- Vast practical knowledge of all HR departmental areas and processes.
- Great awareness that engagement and retention are very important as the tech industry is a competitive job market.
- Proactive and agile work ethic.
- The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, and experience in determining, measuring and analyzing relevant OKRs.
- Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and labor law.
- Commitment to be an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Practiced handling of Office M365 (and Personio is an advantage)
