UAV Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Conducting maintenance and servicing work after qualification.
  • Analysis and elimination of malfunctions and damages.
  • Assignments for technical support of UAS at home and abroad.
  • Inspection and documentation of maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Inspection and release of the aircraft after maintenance work.
  • Execution of test runs of the UAV and test flights.
  • Ensuring the functionality of the and ground equipment (UAS).
  • Supporting the development of maintenance standards.
  • Maintaining operational readiness in accordance with EU Regulations. 2019/945 and 2019/947 for the own and customers’ flight operations.
  • Support in process development and quality management.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolve inquiries through trained knowledge of BVLOS operations and maintenance tasks to perform problem analysis as needed and communicate relevant findings to the appropriate departments.
  • Work on customer portal, fleet databases and management of technical customer communication.
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure customer needs are met in the fast-growing company.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback in order to: develop standardized interventions that improve customer satisfaction with Wingcopter’s service; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; share best practices across customer base.
  • Manage customer success activities, including onboarding, training, and customer support advocacy.
  • Work towards meeting all service level and support agreements with both internal and external customers to deliver world class service experience and improving upon customer satisfaction.
  • Performing specific special functions in coordination with the Support and Maintenance Manager.
  • Assisting Flight Operations as a Pilot at home and abroad.
  • Develop and design processes, structures, and tools to effectively scale and support best practices work on customer portal, fleet databases and management of technical customer communication.
  • Increase service adoption and find additional customer uses for Wingcopter’s service to expand.
  • Work on creating more support channels and support levels and work across global customers in different time zones.
