Flight Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Currently, we are looking for a Flight Operations Manager to support the Flight Operations Department with the implementation of new EU / EASA regulations on unmanned aircraft systems.

 
 What You’ll Do

  • Taking responsibility for a safe global flight operation
  • Requirement definition and setting of standards for Flight Operation according to EU acts 2019/945and 2019/947
  • Establishing an Operation Manual including Safety Management and Emergency Response Plan
  • Training and standardisation of flight operation personnel
  • Writing ConOps for the various projects in our worldwide activities including SORA (Specific Operational Risk Assessments)
  • Support other Team Leaders with regards to Quality Management

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in aviation, engineering or equivalent (orhold an CPL/ATPL License)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in manned / unmanned aviation
  • Knowledge of EASA AIR Ops or equivalent
  • At least basic experience with unmanned vehicles
  • Experience with BVLOS flight operations beneficial
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-FCL would be beneficial
  • Fluent English skills and advanced MS-Office skills
